Smoky Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

How to Cook

  1. 1Heat a wok until very hot and saute garlic in chili oil.
  2. 2Add mushrooms and cook until lightly smoky and browned.
  3. 3Toss in rice, soy sauce, and spring onions.
  4. 4Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes and serve immediately.
