Smoky Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
How to Cook
- 1Heat a wok until very hot and saute garlic in chili oil.
- 2Add mushrooms and cook until lightly smoky and browned.
- 3Toss in rice, soy sauce, and spring onions.
- 4Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes and serve immediately.
