Ingredients

  • 6 slider buns
  • 200g mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • A handful of baby spinach

How to Cook

  1. 1Cook chopped mushrooms in butter until deeply browned.
  2. 2Spread mustard on toasted slider buns.
  3. 3Layer spinach, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese on each bun.
  4. 4Warm briefly until the cheese softens, then serve.
