Ingredients
- 6 slider buns
- 200g mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp mustard
- A handful of baby spinach
How to Cook
- 1Cook chopped mushrooms in butter until deeply browned.
- 2Spread mustard on toasted slider buns.
- 3Layer spinach, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese on each bun.
- 4Warm briefly until the cheese softens, then serve.
