Mushroom Butter Garlic Saute

Ingredients

  • 250g button mushrooms, halved
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

How to Cook

  1. 1Heat butter in a skillet and bloom the garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. 2Add mushrooms and saute on high heat until caramelized.
  3. 3Season with pepper and salt, then toss with parsley.
  4. 4Serve immediately while glossy and hot.
